Approve your tour proposal

When our research is complete, we will send you a tour proposal, with an itinerary detailing accommodation and what's included in the quote. You decide whether to go ahead with it as is, fine tune it, put it on hold for a future date, or decline it.

When you are ready to go ahead with your tour, we will ask you to sign a Sales Contract and send us a 50% deposit to cover the costs of reservations and room blocks. This will be applied to the final balance and is refundable according to our refund schedule (Terms and Conditions). Once received, we will confirm all services with our suppliers.

Travel!

The balance of payment will be due 90 days prior to departure. Once payment is received, you will be sent a pre-departure Information Package containing interesting information and reading suggestions to prepare for your adventure, as well as all relevant contact and logistical details. And then...BON VIAGGIO!
